2023 Holiday Menu with GFK

We are back with some of your favorites this holiday season! Special delivery on Friday December 22nd.

The menu below is entirely a-la-carte so that you may pick & choose exactly what you want!  All dishes will come fully cooked with reheating instructions.

PROTEINS

Herb & spice roasted turkey with black pepper gravy 
$145 whole/$80 half

Pastrami-style smoked salmon side, dill & horseradish sour cream  -  $99 whole/$55 half

Coffee-crusted petite filet, herb crème fraiche sauce
$95 (approximately 2.5-2.75lb, the equivalent of a half tenderloin)


**As we have seen beef prices increase, we have decided to utilize the teres major cut - like tenderloin in texture & flavor, but smaller and a better price!**

SIDES

Sour cream & chive milk rolls  -  $25/1 dozen

Baked brie en croute with candied sweet peppers  -  $26
(8oz brie, topped with candied sweet peppers, wrapped in puff pastry, and baked until golden brown;  just warm to serve)

All other sides - $40 (feeds 10), $25 (feeds 4-5)

Garlicky-herb smashed potatoes (vegetarian, GF)
Assorted roasted winter vegetables, lemon-garlic-horseradish sauce (vegan, GF)
Cheesy broccoli & mushroom casserole (GF), crispy fried onion topping (vegetarian - onions kept separately)
Garlicky braised greens with honey (vegetarian, GF)

Double chocolate & buttermilk chess pie - $30

Small bites - $24/1 dozen
- Key lime tartlets
- Drunken cherry & white chocolate bread pudding bites, cherry syrup

Please order by midnight on SUNDAY 12/17/2023. Delivery is included on all orders over $200.
